Day One St Bees to Cleator

A pleasant first day only 8 and a half miles.  Uncommon beautiful English weather and not much elevation.  Probably should have forged on to Ennerdale Bridge but as a long-walk novice I am pacing myself.  Time to retire for a warm English bitter...
